1. How long does it take to process a UAH payout to Ukrainian bank cards?
The maximum processing time for orders is up to 24 hours according to our exchange service policy.
Typically, orders are processed within one hour during business hours (10:00 AM to 12:00 AM).
Sometimes processing may take longer — up to 2 hours.
Very rarely it may take more than 2 hours.
Between 12:00 AM and 10:00 AM, payouts are rarely processed.
Orders created overnight and in the early morning are usually completed by 12:00 PM.
2. Why is my order taking so long?
Processing an order is not as simple as making a card-to-card transfer.
In reality, it is a somewhat different process that requires certain steps to be completed, which takes more time.
3. Does the payout speed depend on the order amount?
No, even an amount of 1,000 UAH will not be paid out faster than, for example, 15,000 UAH.
Do not expect that a minimum amount will be processed in minimum time))
4. Is it possible to speed up the payout process?
No, unfortunately, that is not possible.
If it were, we would speed up all payouts and wouldn’t need to provide information about extended processing times)
5. Can I cancel an exchange and get a refund?
Yes, it is possible, but not always.
Due to the nature of certain processes, sometimes an order cannot be cancelled even if it has not yet been completed.

6. Who pays the fee for a refund?
If the refund is made within 24 hours of the order payment, the fee is paid by you.
If we were unable to complete the order within the specified timeframe, we pay the fee and also reimburse your payment processing costs.
If the payout to the specified card is not possible for any reason, the refund fee is paid by you.
This refers only to payment systеm fees — there are no additional charges.
